Why do you no longer offer acrylic cases/plates/etc...?

We are working as a company to be more environmentally concious. One of these steps means that we are phasing out products that cannot be recycled and are harmful to the environment.

What is a Group Buy?

Group buys are limited duration sales that allow people to collectively get a better price on a product by increasing the quantity. This typically means that the order will not ship for some time. Once the Group Buy closes, there will be no refunds. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us using the contact form.

Where is my order?

It really depends on when you ordered it and what product it is.

  1. If it's a group buy item:

    • If the group buy just ended or is currently ongoing, your order will likely not ship for another 6-8 weeks depending on what the order is. Typically this information is on the product page.
    • If orders are already shipping and/or it is past the deadline on the product page, please wait 1-2 days until that date has passed. If you have still not received a tracking number by then, please please contact us using the contact form.
  1. If it's an in-stock item:
    • Most orders ship out next day, but we are a small shop. If it takes a little longer, please be patient with us! If you do not receive a tracking number via email within a couple days of ordering, please contact us using the contact form.
    • There is a low probability that we unexpectedly ran out of the item that you ordered. This is typically due to shipping delays caused by COVID and other natural disasters. If you are worried, please feel free to contact us using the contact form.

My order shipped but hasn't updated for a long time! What should I do?

If you're in the US, please please contact us using the contact form.

If you're outside of the US, please be patient. I have seen orders arrive in a few days and sometimes arrive after a few months. Try contacting your postal service to see if there is anything that you can do. Once it leaves the US, there is very little I can do.

I am missing parts in my order!

We are very sorry to hear that! Although we are trying our best, we still make mistakes sometimes. We are more than happy to ship you the missing items. Please contact us using the contact form

My Keyboard isn't working!

When will a product be back in stock?

We try to keep items in stock continually, but it's hard to predict demand. If something is not in stock, you can sign up on the product page to be notified when it comes back.

Are you going to start stocking another product that I like?

Sure! If we don't have it on the site, please contact us using the contact form.

I'm a designer and would like to work with you, how does that typically work?

We are always looking for new and exciting products. Typically we pay designers through royalties. The percentage varies per product but we strive to be fair in our compensation. please contact us using the contact form for more information!
